RESIDENTS AND STUDENTS MUST submit or send a confirmation from the faculty that they are enrolled in ongoing studies in the current academic year.
Participants in this category receive an ID card, program, and free entry to all activities according to the event program. Participants
RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE FOR PARTICIPATION, BUT ARE NOT GIVEN PRINTED MATERIALS.

COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES may only be from Companies that PARTICIPATE in the event with a Sponsorship Package or with a STAND.
Other companions may only be spouses or immediate family members. Participants in this category receive a program and an ID card for free entry to all activities according to the event program.
THESE PARTICIPANTS DO NOT RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE AND PRINTED MATERIALS.

REMARK *:

*ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE PAID THE FEE, BUT ARE NOT ACCOMMODATED IN THE HOTEL DESIGNATED BY THE ORGANIZERS, WILL PAY €40 PER PERSON IN ADVANCE, FOR EACH DINNER SEPARATELY, TO ATTEND THE ORGANIZED GALA DINNERS.

ALL VISITORS WHO HAVE NOT PAID A REGISTRATION FEE, FOR ATTENDANCE AT THE ORGANIZED FORMAL DINNERS, LUNCHES, COCKTAILS AND/OR COFFEE BREAKS, PAY €50 PER PERSON IN ADVANCE, FOR EACH MEAL SEPARATELY.

CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

For cancellation of the accommodation by 16.04.2026, the paid funds will be refunded completely, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation after 17.04.2026, the paid funds will be refunded for 50%, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation after 27.04.2026, PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

ATTENDANCE TO ALL LOCATIONS IN THE HOTEL RELATED TO THE EVENT WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE.
